Return Policy
We want you to LOVE your pieces, but if you don't our Return Policy is as follows:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery to you.
- must have the tags on them
- must be unwashed, unworn, no stains, pet hair or odors
- bodysuits, intimate apparel, jewelry and final sale items cannot be returned
You will receive store credit for your returns - these never expire so you can shop your little heart out!
Return Process:
1. You MUST email shopwithrooted@gmail.com with the following information included before sending your item back:
- Your Name
- Order # and Product(s) you are returning
- Reason for returning
We will respond verifying your item is eligible for return and give you the address to ship back to. If you do not email us, we will not be able to process your return. This is how we will document which items are coming back to us.
*Buyer is responsible for return shipment fees unless in the event it is a Rooted Boutique mistake (wrong item, defective item)*
Please Note: your item MUST be postmarked within 14 days of you receiving it from Rooted Boutique or it will not be processed and you will still incur the shipping charges.
You can expect your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving your items.
Keep your tracking information on the packages you send back to us, Rooted Boutique is not responsible for lost packages.
